The Energy Reset Circle is a small-group healing experience designed to help you release emotional and energetic weight, regulate your nervous system, and return to a grounded, centered state. Held in a shared sacred space, this circle weaves gentle Reiki, intentional grounding, breath awareness, and intuitive energy work to support collective regulation and restoration. Rather than focusing on fixing or processing, this experience invites your body and energy to soften, settle, and realign naturally. This work is intentionally offered in a group setting, where shared presence and collective energy deepen the sense of safety, connection, and ease. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply rested, and more like themselves again.
