Angel Light Reiki
When you take a Reiki course with Gwen, you are invited into a supportive and intentional learning journey, guided by the level of Reiki you feel called to explore. Each class is rooted in the foundational teachings of Usui Reiki and includes attunements offered through guided meditation, along with instruction in the use of sacred Reiki symbols.

Gwen’s teaching style is interactive, grounded, and heart-centered, allowing space for questions, practice, and personal experience.

Classes include both in-person practice and distance Reiki work, offering a well-rounded learning experience that honors tradition while supporting intuitive development. Whether you are beginning your Reiki path or deepening an existing practice, each level is taught with care, integrity, and respect for your individual journey.
The Reiki Path: Understanding the Levels
Reiki is traditionally taught in levels, each one building gently upon the last. There is no rush, only an invitation to deepen when the time feels right.

A journey that you will never forget, a journey to thy self-first then for others. Each and every day Reiki amazes me whether it be for my own healing, healing of others or something brand new that happens in one of my classes or sessions. It is a daily journey of spirit, mind and body, like a muscle as you work with Reiki, soon it will surround you without even your thoughts. Even during some of the darkest times Reiki gives comfort, love and compassion with just a single hand to the heart.
