I have always been sensitive. As a child, I learned to read the room quickly, sensing shifts in mood and unspoken emotions before words were ever spoken. At the time, it was survival. I did not yet understand I was learning to perceive energy. That sensitivity followed me into adulthood. I built a life in service to others, working in retail, healthcare, leadership, and eventually in high-stress corporate environments. Empathy was natural to me. I cared deeply. But in corporate life, the tension, pressure, and emotional undercurrents became overwhelming. I would leave work exhausted, wondering why I felt so depleted when I had “just been at a desk.” My nervous system was constantly on alert. By my late thirties, anxiety and depression made it clear something had to change. My healing began quietly when a friend introduced me to energy work. That doorway led me to study boundaries, nervous system regulation, and energetic discernment. Over time, through Reiki, spiritual practice, and lived experience, I came to understand something critical: Sensitivity was never the weakness. The absence of structure was. Empath Alchemy was created from that realization. It is a private, structured container for high-functioning corporate empaths who are ready to regulate their nervous system, establish energetic boundaries, and lead without absorbing the emotional weight of their environment. This work is not about becoming less sensitive. It is about becoming skillful with your sensitivity. Today, I support capable, intuitive women who appear composed and successful on the outside but quietly carry more than they were ever meant to hold. There is nothing wrong with you. You were simply never taught how to manage what you feel.
