About the event
Your voice was never meant to be small.
And yet… so many of us learned to quiet it to stay safe, loved, or accepted.
The Voice Confidence Ritual workshop is now officially an online live experience. A 45-minute heart-centered workshop for anyone who knows they have something meaningful to say, but still feels the throat tighten, the fear rise, or the words get stuck.
We’ll blend:
Spiritual practice mix with sacredness
Gentle somatic awareness
